Accommodation
Yes. (Bring a doona! Also a T.V for your room, if you wish.) There is no charge for accommodation while on secondment.
Orientation Process
Hours of work 8.30 to 5.00 Mon to Fri. Contact the Physiotherapy Service Manager one week prior to commencement. First graduate on rotation attends general orientation at Liverpool Hospital with other graduates at the beginning of the year; all graduates orientated to Bowral Hospital during their first week of rotation here.
Education Programs
Regular Physiotherapy meetings include inservice, journal club, quality activities and staff meetings plus weekly XRay Meetings. Hospital ongoing education available to all staff, including Grand Rounds. Opportunity to attend other relevant ongoing education within SSWAHS.
Social Activities
Good local sporting and cultural facilities, local cinema and wineries, Morton National Park and other bushwalking and cycling tracks.
